A lot has gone into your Use-A-Car. We have hand-picked and inspected each car, anticipating any problems. We plan to have you as a customer for a long time, with reliable wheels at a reasonable price.

We ask that you care for your Use-A-Car as though you owned it, that your insurance be paid up to date, and that you keep up with the preventative maintenance schedule.

But most of all, we ask that you enjoy driving your Use-A-Car.

Payment Policy

Your Use-A-Car Payment is due on the same date every month. This date is the day you picked it up from Use-A-Car. If within seven (7) days after your date of payment, you have not paid us or made arrangements to extend payment, you are in violation of the Use-A-Car agreement.

If payment is late and you have not called us we will come and get the car and will charge you a $75.00 fee for car pickup. This fee will be added to what you already owe us.

Your security deposit is not an advance rental payment. The purpose of the security deposit is to cover the deductible on your insurance policy. You are responsible for the amount up to the deductible for damages including glass, interior and radio. In the event of an accident, another security deposit will be required. At the end of your rental, we will return the unused portion.

Loaner Policy A loaner car is provided as a courtesy should your Use-A-Car break down. Please return it in the same condition and with the same amount of gas as provided or there will be a charge.

We will provide loaners for cars requiring emergency repairs taking longer than overnight. We may provide a loaner for lesser repairs if one is available. In order to qualify for a loaner, the insurance on your Use-A-Car must be in force, and paid up to date. We do call them and verify this information.

You are the only person qualified and insured to drive a loaner, please don’t let anyone else drive it.

Repair Policy Basic everyday car care is the best way to keep your car in shape and avoid unnecessary repairs. We depend on you to be our eyes and ears. Don’t drive with the overheat light on. Call us immediately for roadside assistance. The same goes for any gauges, temperature light, alternator lights, etc.

Check the oil every other tank of gas. Bring the car in every 3,000 miles for an oil change, preventative, maintenance, tire pressure check etc. If you hear any unusual noises, let us know. This includes sputtering, clanking or other sounds that are not “normal”.

The monthly rate is $250 a month and up. We need first and last months rent and $100 security deposit. You will have to register the car and provide full coverage insurance. We provide the maintenance even the Oil Changes!
